Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration
Sharada Singh has served for nearly 20 years as Mission Society’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting, auditing, and budgeting functions as well as the Program Quality and Evaluations unit and the Facilities and IT departments. Sharada also sits on the board of the United Charities Building.
Prior to working at the Mission Society, Sharada was the Accounting Manager at the Women’s Prison Association & Home and a Payroll Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk at The Children’s Aid Society. Over the years, she provided financial consulting services for several social services agencies such as: The Floating Hospital, St. Raymond Community Outreach, Inc.; Women’s Prison Association and The Fresh Air Fund.
She received her Masters in Business Administration degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Bachelor of Arts degree A in Accounting/Information System and Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York, and a Certificate in Human Resources Studies from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
