Senior Director, Development & External Affairs
Jason Daniel Fair joined NYC Mission Society in 2018. He is an advocate for disadvantaged youth and families. As Senior Director of Development, he leads Mission’s fundraising and marketing strategy.
Previously, he served as the Director of Major Gifts and Membership at The Trevor Project, where he secured lifesaving financial support for LGBTQ youth in crisis nationwide. He is also the former Executive Director of Congressman Elijah Cummings’ Youth Program, and has held roles in the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office, the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, and served as AmeriCorps member in the Maryland prison system. He holds a B.S. from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and continued M.P.A studies at University of Baltimore’s School of Public Affairs. He serves as a member of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration Dean’s Young Alumni Council, CUGALA: Cornell’s LGBTQ Board of Trustees, and CBAA: Cornell Black Alumni Association, and sits on the boards of directors for Community Mediation Maryland and Jewish Multiracial Network. He is a poet and speaks Hebrew, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
